SERVICE OPTIONS:

Rental Evaluations

A visit to the rental home by one of our qualified, licensed property managers and recommendations to increase your chances of renting your home in a timely fashion and for its full rental value

Full Management Service

        • Advertise and show the home
        • Interview prospective tenants and have them complete an application
        • Check references and verify credentials of applicants
        • Complete a tenancy agreement
        • Collect a security deposit
        • Complete a condition report of the home as each tenant moves in and out
        • Refund the security deposit plus interest as provided in the Residential Tenancy Act
        • Collect rent and remit to owner or owner’s bank
        • Prepare a monthly statement with a copy of invoices paid
        • Conduct interim inspections throughout the tenancy
        • Arrange for repairs and maintenance – preventative, routine and emergency
        • Pay invoices
        • Liaison between the owner and the tenant
        • Prepare and attend Arbitration Hearings (additional fee may apply)
        • Call for a quote on new tenancy fees

Finder’s Fee Service

        • Advertise and show the home
        • Interview prospective tenants and have them complete an application
        • Check references and verify credentials of applicants
        • Negotiate and complete a tenancy agreement with the new tenant
        • Collect a security deposit and the first month’s rent
        • Complete a condition “in” report signed by the tenant
        • Mail you copies of all pertinent paperwork (application, tenancy agreement, “in” report)
