We are available 365 days a year! If you have a problem with your rental home all you have to do is call us. We are there to help you with your maintenance problems and be a liaison between you and the owner of the property. Visits are made to rental homes on a regular basis throughout the tenancy. Preventative maintenance is our motto and this ensures a high level of service for your comfort and enjoyment. We respect your rights as a tenant.
It is a free service
There is no charge to find you a home. We are the owner’s agent and our fees are paid by the owner.
Availability of properties
For those of you who are trying to ‘plan ahead’, available rentals are usually listed 30 to 40 days prior to the possession date. Therefore, it is wise to get an early start when looking for your new rental home.
Viewing a property
For those who are situated locally, drive by the properties listed to see if this is the area and type of home you are looking for. Please do not disturb the current tenants privacy (remember, you may be in this position one day when you decide to vacate). If you wish to see the interior of a home, call our office at 748-9090 and we will arrange for you to view it.
For those who are living out of town, to view available listings, we recommend arriving within the first couple of days of the month prior to your desired possession date. We also recommend that you set up appointments with our office prior to your visit in the area. This will ensure that the current tenant is available to arrange a showing. Either you, or someone on your behalf, must view the interior of the property you wish to rent.
Applying to rent
After you have viewed a property that you like, we ask that each adult planning to reside in the property complete and sign a Real Estate Disclosure and Application for Tenancy form.
We will contact your references, so please ensure that you complete the application in full. Incomplete applications may experience delays or may not be processed at all.
References and satisfactory credit reports are required.

Unless otherwise noted, all of our rental properties require a one year lease commitment.
A security deposit in the amount of one half of the monthly rent is required at the time your tenancy agreement is signed.
Pet Damage Deposit
A pet damage deposit up to the amount of one half of the monthly rent may be requested at the time your tenancy agreement is signed.
